As long as the product is sealed and untampered, you will be refunded your original price, less shipping, handling, and insurance cost. If your product included free shipping, we deduct our shipping costs. We also reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking/service fee. Refunds are limited to one order per customer.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund your original price, less shipping and handling cost and site fees.
